The HudsonAlpha Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors that is responsible for setting the mission and strategic direction of the Foundation and for overseeing its finances, operations, and policies. The Board of Directors regularly reviews the operations and policies of the Foundation to ensure that they comply with all legal requirements and reflect the best practices in the field.

The HudsonAlpha Foundation staff and its Board of Directors take the responsibility of managing your philanthropic dollars very seriously. By adopting ethical governance and financial management policies they make sure the HudsonAlpha Foundation has the resources needed to advance its mission.

Governing Documents

The HudsonAlpha Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is the supporting entity for the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. Tax-deductible contributions to the foundation are for the sole purpose of advancing the mission of the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology.
